It was about a year ago that my mind was expanded, challenged, and inspired through my first attendance at TED.Client commitments will preclude my participating this year, but I recently discovered a short CBS News video clip highlighting last year's conference. near the end you'll even see my 6'6" frame block your sgihting of other things more important.
The clip will give you a quick feel for the dynamic that I believe is fairly unique to TED ... though many other events are kindred spirits.
Every so often, on those rare days with extra time on my hands, I think about helping create such an event (one that is more affordable) right here in Indianapolis.
