It's a Matter of Pride


 
When people are proud, 
they don't stop with just good enough.  

When people are proud,   
they search for opportunities to contribute, to make a difference, to model the way.  

When people are proud,  
they manage themselves and require less oversight from leaders.  

When people are proud,   
they convey a deep conviction and a contagious enthusiasm.  

When people are proud,   
they do things because they want to, not because they have to. 

When people are proud,   
they take greater satisfaction in accomplishments ... theirs and those of others.  

When people are proud,  
their energy is the fuel that ignites others.
